When is the right time to book your planner?
The client can always reach out for your inquiry. However, the right time to book your birthday planner is when your venue is booked and the date of celebration is fixed.
yes, We do! With an early prior booking (for birthday decor, weddings etc) we will take care of the venue research and booking services depending on your allocated budget for the venue booking.
What is your booking procedures for booking an event?
We take 50% of the payment as a booking amount to block our calendar for your birthday decor and due payment once the final design has been finalized. (after the client receives their design sketches) after all, planning and designing an event regardless of the size of the event takes weeks and months of planning to make sure everything is on point.
Some Important things you should know

Every design is custom made for your preferred package and theme. Surely, You can see your design and make necessary changes to your birthday decor.
Every client will receive a custom design sketch for their event, not only you can see your design but also do necessary changes with our team’s assistance.

A Booking amount needs to be paid to block your dates for your birthday decor
If you have planned your event 1 or 2 months prior with us, it’s advised to block your dates. Hence, check out our services or home celebrations packages for more details.

We send you proposals to recheck your requirements.
To avoid confusion we make sure to send our clients the proposals over an email, every change made will be resent to clients, Thus only what is mentioned in the quote is considered as final.
04.
No refund if the event is cancelled in the last minute.
A last-minute refund will not be given, but the event could be always postponed to another date as per the client’s requirement.
05.
Last minute changes would be difficult to accomodate
